  • All services provided by Bespoke Marketing Solutions will be outlined in a written proposal, quotation, or contract prior to commencement.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are issued in advance or monthly in arrears and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Payment must be made via the methods stated on the invoice.
  • Where an invoice remains unpaid more than 28 days after the due date, late payment charges will apply. Late payments will incur statutory interest at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to recover reasonable debt recovery and administration costs as permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services where payment is overdue until the account is brought up to date.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to review and amend pricing with reasonable notice.

    4. Intellectual Property

    • All content, designs, and materials created by Bespoke Marketing Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior consent.

    • Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
    • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing campaigns, as results depend on various external factors.

    7. Termination

    • Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice as per the terms outlined in the contract.
    • Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

    8. Governing Law

    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    9. Changes to Terms

    • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
